Production of the work "Side Scan Sonar" for the exhibition Adam.

Interactive installation. A 7 meter high floating pavilion is realised in the water next to Nemo. Side Scan Sonar is an interactive installation whereby the viewer is invited to enter and take the stairs to the upper floor of this Buoy like structure. From here one can see the whole neighbourhood through an orange coloured perspex construction. In a separate laboratory space underneath, Van Lieshout will remix and transmit the sounds from the surrounding area. These will then be feed to speakers in the upper viewing level.
